What is the story behind CocoFlower?

CocoFlower began its journey with a passion for creating graphic novels before branching out into crafting dolls based on its illustrations. Since then, the range has expanded to include jewelry, accessories, illustrations, collages, and decorations.

Where are you based, and where do your inspirations come from?

I am French but have been based in Denmark for a short time. My inspirations come from various sources, including nature, vintage aesthetics, alternative rock, bohemian and country chic styles, kawaii, and minimalism.

How long have you been selling your creations?

I have been selling on various online marketplaces, galleries, and physical stores since 2009, offering a diverse range of products. My CocoFlower.net store was launched in late 2023.

What types of products do you offer in your shop?

I offer a wide range of products, including reproductions of my collages and illustrations on various media, Art toys, jewelry, hair accessories, and home decorations. Each piece is often unique, with small series limited to 10 copies. Reproductions of my collages and illustrations are produced by a professional printer based in Europe. The rest of my creations are handmade by myself.

What is your boutique's return policy?

I accept returns in accordance with European legislation. Customers have 14 days to return items, and they are responsible for return shipping costs. Custom-made creations are not eligible for returns or refunds (anything made to order, print on demand or personalized). Check my Refund Policy.

How can I choose the size of my jewelry or accessories?

Sizes are indicated for different products. For some items, you can choose the size or material. Feel free to contact me with any questions.

Do you use sustainable or eco-friendly materials in your creations?

I prioritize sustainable materials, including handmade ceramic beads, recycled vintage buttons and fabrics, as well as high-quality yarns, fabrics, and stones.

Do you offer customization options for your products?

Yes, some pieces can be customized (color, size, pattern).

If you have sensitive ears prone to allergies, brass ear hooks can be replaced with stainless steel hooks at no extra cost. Contact me to see if this is possible for the desired model.

How can I take care of my CocoFlower items?

My items are not waterproof and should not be immersed in water. Avoid wearing them in the shower or while swimming to prevent damage. Some items are hand washable. Refer to the description of each item for special instructions.

What is the processing time for orders?

Before shipping the product, order processing typically takes between 2 and 5 days.

After product dispatch, Delivery times depend on the destination country. On average:

  • Denmark: 2-5 days
  • International: 10-25 days

What shipping options are available?

I offer regular shipping options without tracking as well as tracking and insurance options for an additional fee.

Attention: Posters and other items (mug, t-shirt) with my illustrations and collages are sent directly by my printer in tracked packages.
